PoW BOAT QUAY sits on the riverfront immediately opposite the historic landing site of Singapore founder Sir Stamford Raffles and is located within easy walking distance of the elegant colonial civic quarter, the bustling nightlife of the quays and public transport to take you all over the island.
Close to: The Civic Quarter (5 mins) Fullerton Hotel (3 mins) Raffles Hotel (1 stop on MRT) Chinatown (1 stop on MRT) Little India (2 stops on MRT) Sentosa (3 MRT stops & monorail) | | Directions | FROM AIRPORT:
Take MRT subway train to RAFFLES PLACE station.
Exit and head directly to the river.
Turn left at the river and walk along Boat Quay.
We are halfway along (4 mins walk) at number 51.
BY TAXI:
Head to CIRCULAR ROAD TAXI STAND, BOAT QUAY.
Take side lane almost immediately opposite taxi stand - walk to river (30
secs!)
Turn left at river - we are only 1 minute away at number 51
ALTERNATIVE:
As well as Raffles Place we are also close to CLARKE QUAY MRT station.
From Clarke Quay station head directly to river.
Take a right and walk along river, using underpasses underneath two bridges.
Boat Quay begins after second bridge.
We are about halfway along at number 51 - total walking time 6 minutes. | | Transportation | MRT (subway train) - Raffles Place and Clarke Quay stations in walking distance.
